Clean eating meal plan | #1

If you have been following my blog for a while you may know i have been following slimming world for the last year. I have recently started to move away from the plan slightly after falling off the wagon completely I still follow sw but i have been eating more 'clean' well as clean as i can. I always read other bloggers weekly meal plan's as they give me so much inspiration so i thought i would share what we are eating this week. This is mainly my meal plan, some meals one of the kids won't eat so i will make them something different but for the most part we eat the same.

Sunday | Lunch: The body coach fats me up smoothie
               Dinner: Slimming world Roast chicken with roast potatoes and veg

Monday | Lunch:
                Dinner: Burger with lettuce buns and Slimming world chips 

Tuesday | Lunch: Green smoothie
                Dinner: Poached salmon with bacon - Lean in 15

Wednesday | Lunch: Jacket potato with salad and beans
                     Dinner: Raw pad thai

Thursday | Lunch: Leftovers
                  Dinner: Chicken with brown rice

Friday | Lunch: Bacon & egg
              Dinner: Curry Fried rice - Lean in 15

Saturday | Lunch: Leftovers/smoothie
                 Dinner: Deliciously Ella chickpea curry

I have also started doing HIIT workouts 5-6 times a week and hopefully I'm going to start couch to 5k  . I am also really trying to up my water intake and eat more fruit for snacks instead of chocolate!
