You will need:
1 cup Almonds (i used ground almonds)
2 cups pitted Medjool dates - pitted
2 tbsp coconut oil
2.5 tbsp Almond butter
4 tbsp raw Cacao powder
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
Add all of your ingredients into the food processor and blend until a dough forms, it will become very sticky which is when you can start rolling into balls.
Line a plate or tray with baking powder and roll into balls, place in fridge for a few hours and store in a air tight container.
These are super easy and really tasty and are a great pick me up without being to guilty. I think they taste slightly like bounty chocolates, so good!
