fry light
1 large onion, finely chopped
500g 5% beef mince
400g can chopped tomatoes
200g passata
6 tbsp tomato puree
a splash of Worcester sauce
1kg potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
200g fat free fromage frais

Spray a large pan with fry light. On high heat add the onion, beef and stir fry for 1-2mins

stir in tomatoes, passata, tomato puree, worchester sauce and bring to the boil. Cover and cook over high heat for 10-12minuets.

Meanwhile cook the potatoes in a saucepan of lightly salted boiling water for 10 minuets or until tender. Drain and mash with format frais.

Preheat grill to high.

Spoon the beef mixture into an oven proof dish and spread the mash over the top. Grill for a few minuets until lightly browned and serve with mixed salad or vegetables of your choice.
