Halloween cupcakes // Spooky ghosts

Hello! With Halloween only a few days away I have been trying to do some 'halloweeny' things with Lilly. We love to bake together and try and make cupcakes every week so this week I thought we would have some fun and dress Lilly up as a witch and I would do some spooky ghost cupcakes and make a video.

These cupcakes are super easy to do and your toddler will love to get messy and help bake these not so spooky ghosts.

For the cupcakes you will need:
100g unsalted butter
200g caster sugar
4 medium eggs
160g self raisin flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
80ml double cream
2 teaspoon s of vanilla extract.

For decoration:
1kg icing sugar
500g butter (or 250g butter and 500g icing sugar)
green and orange sugar sand
cupcake cases
vanilla extract
regal/fondant icing
chocolate chips
white icing pen

To see how to make these you can watch my youtube video below. I hope you all have a fun Halloween!
