Beauty / Barry M Natural Glow Palette

I was browsing the Barry M stand for some new polishes when I spotted that barry m have now bought out some new eyeshadow and blush palettes. Way back when I was definetly a dazzle dust collector and it was nice to see them bringing some eyeshadows into the collection.
There were 3 palettes on the stand but im pretty sure there are 6 in total. I was drawn to the Natural glow palette as I love neutrals and it seemed to look very similar to the naked basics palette by urban decay. The palettes are currently £6.49 each in boots and for that you get 6 eye shadows, a blush and two sponge applicators.
The packaging is exactly what I would expect from a under £10 palette, cardboard no frills packaging with a mirror inside. Its very light weight and would be perfect to put in your makeup bag for on the go. The actual shadows themselves are pigmented enough they show on the lids but I did have to build up the colour to achieve what I wanted. They are very natural shadows, I personaly like my eyeshadow to be pigmented and look like im wearing shadow. This palette is perfect for very natural makeup and also would be a great stocking filler for a younger girl or someone who is just getting into makeup.
The blush is a very baby pink natural blush and on the cheeks looks like a nice highlighter with a hint of colour which I couldn't get my camera to pick up. Overall for the price I do like this palette and I do think my younger sister would appreciate some of these palettes from the range as she prefers a light natural makeup.

  1. Ohhh the dazzle dusts! MEMORIES!
I have this and it's really nice for subtle every day wear when I don't want to make too much of an effort.
I plan on buying one for my 14 year old niece, I think it's great for that age group.

  2. My mum has this and its perfect for her because she goes for a really really natural look, but it personally doesn't work for me, she loves it though! I really like the packaging! x
