Hi everyone! I have been wanting to try a new eyebrow kit for a while as i cant seem to find a good powder that isn't red toned, Seeing the brow-zing by benefit all over blogger i have really been wanting to purchase it but when i was in super drug i came across this MUA pro-brow kit which looked like the same sort of thing for a fraction of the price!
This kit retails for £3.50 which is so good for a brow kit, the kit is supposed to be a "all in one" which shapes, shades and highlights. There are two brow shades a light and a medium brown, a highlight shade and also a wax, it also comes with tweezers and a brush to shade your brows with. The packaging is a simple black case with a compact mirror inside
MUA'S pro-brow kit only comes in one colour which i think will suit most people but if you have really dark hair it may be too light. I like my brows dark for a blonde and i mix the two colours together to get the shade i want, I'm really happy with the colour its not red toned and suits my colouring. The highlight however is too dark its a lot darker than my skin tone and not really a highlight colour at all but more like a nude eyeshadow.
It also has a clear wax which you can apply with fingers or a brush and it keeps your brows in place which i really like, a little does go along way and i like how it keep my brows in shape as they seem to have a mind of their own sometimes and it gives a nice finish to the brows.
The mini tweezers it comes with are,,,, well not great at all, but a good thing to have in a kit, i like to keep it in my handbag so for little touch ups so its good to have just in case, and the same thing with the brush, i find its too plastic and hard to use so i use it with the little brush that came with my hd brows palette.
Overall for £3.50 its a good little kit to have handy in your makeup/hand bag but i still think I'm going to try the brow zings from benefit. have any of you tried it? or any other brow kits you like? Im also contemplating getting my eyebrows tattooed have any of you had it done? and is it painful?
