ebay - 15 Colour Concealer Palette

Hi everyone today's post is on a recent purchase i bought from ebay. I'm always a little cautious when buying cosmetics on ebay as i have bought palettes in the past and they have been so shocking and reminded me of "pretend" makeup that kids have always really crappy pigmented and feel plastic.

Every man and their dog has probably seen the picture Kim kardashian put on twitter and instagram of how her makeup artist Scott Barnes contours her face and I'm sure 99% of us tried it or want to try it. When i saw it i automatically wanted to try it as i do love a bit of highlighting and contouring. I tried to find a concealer in my makeup collection light enough and dark enough to try and recreate it, I only have concealer which is one shade lighter than my skin and none dark enough to contour but i did use my Chanel bronze universal which did work but is a little bit on the orange side.
The thing i thought would work best is a concealer palette which had really light colours and dark colours but i didn't want to spend much money on one yet as i didn't know if it would work or if i could make it look rite etc so i took to ebay and found this palette which was 99p plus £1.97 delivery. The palette has 15 different concealer colours, the size of it is 15.4 x 10.2 x 1.3 cm and each concealer is 2.6 cm. My honest thought when buying it was it was going to be crap, hard concealers which you have to rub and rub to get any small trace of colour but it had good reviews and for 99p it didnt really matter if it was a load of rubbish.

The palette took 9 days to arrive but it was from Hong Kong, like most other palettes you can find on ebay which was a little long but expected. At first glance it was the typical cheap packaging black case with a little clip to open it and when i swatched the colours i rubbed my fingers in it quite hard to get colour and i was shocked at how pigmented the concealer was i didnt need to rub hard i just needed to tap it and the colour pay off is amazing and they are really creamy and thick, so for 99p it was a complete bargain and if your looking to have a play around with contouring i would recommend this, obviously its not the best quality you can buy but it does the job and im really happy with it.

xXx
